Thanks, I'm familiar with the cliche known as Godwin's Law, and this is why I (sarcastically) mentioned it in my response to the interminable sentence in the post. I'm also reasonably widely read, but I'm sure that your parital explanation of Godwin's Law will be a useful reference some time down the track should anyone need an explanation.
