Alternatively, if you just want one half-free trip to Hawaii, you could try OGG-LAX (stopover)-CLT-MUC-LWO, return KBP-FRA-LAX-OGG, and accidentally miss your LAX-OGG connection. It's against the rules, of course, so YMMV.
Can I do LAX-SEA as free one way? It's in the same region.
