Final delay was 5 hours and 4 minutes. Sad to say, still better than fed planner's day.

Got an e-mail from UA CS to go to the customer appreciation website. Typical offer of 10k miles / $250 e-cert / 10% off domestic. Not particularly happy with that - I guess I just have a real problem when my flight is delayed longer than my flight is.
