Probably not. The problem is that Hawaii isn't in the same region as the mainland -- LAX-LWO is 30K miles, while OGG-LWO is 32.5K. And if your origin and destination are in different regions, it's not a valid open jaw.

However, if you manage to start in Hawaii, you should be able to do OGG-LAX-CLT-MUC-LWO and return KBP-FRA-LAX (stopover) - OGG.

Alternatively, if you just want one half-free trip to Hawaii, you could try OGG-LAX (stopover)-CLT-MUC-LWO, return KBP-FRA-LAX-OGG, and accidentally miss your LAX-OGG connection. It's against the rules, of course, so YMMV.
