If you like beer, I wouldn't think twice and go with BRU (IMO Belgium beer is the best in the world). Great food and beer with the Grand Palace to see a bit of history (there are some museums as well if you're into that).

If you like museums and food then CDG is for you.

If you want to party like a rock star with the youth of Europe then AMS would work well.

I don't think you can do Paris justice in one night. I'm not a big fan of Amsterdam and I think you could cram the sights in one day... The highlights of Brussels could be done in one day (although one night isn't nearly enough time to truly see all the city has to offer).

So my vote would be BRU or AMS as you could spend a night and see the bulk of the tourist stuff within each city. If you don't like beer go with AMS, if you'r into high end beer go with BRU... just my two cents
