1. It's not so much the supermarket for me, IKEA proved to be very successful by forcing their customers through the whole shop, but the tendency to be dismissive and at times slightly arrogant staff there are some of the main points for me.

2. For a hub I don't care about the access down town, do you in LHR or FRA? A hub should be IMO well organized and a welcoming place for as much as possible people, should have good lounges and many good connections. From that angle, CPH sucks for me completely as a hub.

3. Look, you don't need to go into a smokers lounge and corner if you don't want to, other than that, I don't see really reasons why you should care about if it is smoke free or has such cabins/areas. Smoking is nothing illegal, the travesty is that the same people which tend to "criminalize smoking and smokers" are shouting for the legalization for pot.. the same politicians which root for smoking bans are dogmatizing very forceful multicultural societies (and dismiss every critical comment to it as ******), but when it comes to having foreigners in your neighborhood, end of tolerance.. going to anti-car demonstrations by bicycle, which they unloaded from their SUV just around the corner. Protesting against nuclear energy but collecting signatures to block the new wind park nearby. Protesting the next run way to the airport and complaining about the permanent delays, I can list you so many other hypocrisies..

Each and every time you try to get to the bottom of those debates and topics, you see behavioral patterns out of the peak of the inquisition and similar events. These smoking bans are nothing else then cheap shooting inquisitorial behaviors for me. I hate that as it is hypocrisy at its best (worst) and somehow always selve perpetuating within large portions of the society.

Since CPH exemplifies for me too many times too bad things, its IMO a loss for SAS, Arlanda shows different.
