It depends on what fare class such tickets are booked into. (As I suspect no-one here has previously booked such a ticket with such a card, we can't tell if you'll end up in a revenue or award fare bucket). You would be advised to pose the question to whoever would actually perform the ticket booking for you, or to read the details on whatever website (etc) is used to make such a booking.

If you can find that out, then check this page. If the fare class of your ticket is listed, your ticket has been booked in a revenue class, and you will earn Award and Level Miles. If the fare class of your ticket is not listed, your ticket has been booked into an award bucket, and you will not earn any miles.
