I have a long transit of several hours before I catch a BA flight from FRA to LHR.

At the moment I am undecided whether to stay airside or wander around the city for a bit.

Assuming I go airside, then decide I want to leave, how easy is it to go landside via arrivals at the FRA terminal BA operates at?
