Just a quick note: Read receipt is something invented by Microsoft, and pretty much only works with Outlook. If AF uses different software to manage emails (And I assume they do), read receipts will never 'fire', even if they did read your message.
Well, I just discovered that it worked.
Today, one week after having contacted AF by email, my mail was read by Ms. Christine xxx.
Good, so they read mails. After one week.
Thank God this isn't something important/time critical.
Now let us see how long it takes them to reply.
