Thanks everyone! And especially for this :-). Unfortunately I don't think the BA account was linked to the tesco account yet. We always used to do tesco->airmiles (my wife owns the tesco account and we had a family airmiles account), but we split the family account to transfer airmiles avios to BA avios for a redemption a couple of months back, so now it doesn't make sense for her to transfer to airmiles avios. Thus we provided her BAEC number (we have a BA household account too), and I'm hoping it won't take too long...
