Though if it is a change, I expect somebody from COdbaUA will be along to give the party line about this being a good thing. Me? I don't really care. Since 3/3, upgrades for this 1K are all but non-existent, which means that I depend on the chance to get an E+ seat.
FWIW, I booked my Xmas flights home in May, and sometime over the summer it switched from an Airbus to a 73G. For the longest time, in showed 8F, but I just looked now and we see 12F. So it's certainly conceivable that they may be currently updating their 73G seat maps. I can't say when this was changed, but it definitely was within the last week or so.

It shows rows 7-21 as E+ and 22-32 as E-.
