How strict is your company? Years ago we had a corporate mandated TA. Once I called to price a trip to OTP. The lady gives me a price on AC, and I tell her that such price was higher than what AC was pricing on the web site. Then, still on the phone, she opens the web page, finds the fare, and keeps the procedure trying to buy that fare for me, and expecting to charge me $50 for the priviledge. After that, I let management know what happened (this was the last straw after several mishaps) and I stopped using the TA altogether, with no consequences.
