In your case one car is just fine. If you are being offered two cars you must have someone else travelling with you and so you have the option of two cars but if you only need one then you only need book one.
Every time we have ordered a chaffeur drive (for myself and wife) it always says 1 of 2 cars booked in manage a booking. No-one else travelling.
