As a Gold member I have checked and I have access to most of the seats in the upper deck:

This includes rows:

64
62(exit seats)
60 (JK at Front of cabin)

Which of these do you recommend that I reserve?

I require privacy & sleep as will be connecting from Hawaii.

U/D will mean you are next to each other but looking at each other. Close enough to talk and touch.
13E&F you will be actually next to each other, facing the same direction and closer as a result.

It just depends your preference.
