The website says the chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes. When I tried to schedule the airport pickup, it shows 12:40 which is the scheduled landing time. Will there be someone holding a sign and will the driver actually wait as going through customs and claiming baggage will definitely take more than 15 minutes.
