Glad you have now got to the €35 fee instead of €53.70.

That makes what I was going to post more simple, as I don't need to explain that bit first, it was simply due to your IB+ not noticing you qualified yet.

Let me try and explain the other bit shortly (I can't explain it all, but I can some of it). Just checking a few bits, and working out some examples to confirm things.
