Redeeming KU Oasis Club points?
Hi all,

Trying to redeem for IST-KWI-TRV, DEL-KWI-IST. Completely impossible to get through to KU Oasis Club, though - first it was the New Year's today, now it's a Friday and a day off, and Saturday they are only open 0900-1200 which is 1am-4am my time.

Has anyone ever redeemed points with them? Can I call anywhere *other* than Kuwait? Also ... how is availability with them? Am I even likely to get any seats? I searched the forum and all I came across were some failed attempts at finding availability.
