So they are contractors not QF. Valet is operated by a third party under contract. Used to be Hertz but has not been for a long time . Cars are often left unlocked so could have been a 3rd party who knows this and could pocket a fair amount of cash between cars. Have previously had issues which I raised with management and a public forum is not the appropriate place to raise these but no issues in past 24 months or so.
