so many people are still unaware that this policy has been changed for well over 18months now.
Changes can now be done to any sector-even if outbound has been flown on a return booking- as long as it is made up to 24hrs before the sector (subject to a small charge,any difference in taxes and of course there being redemption availability on the the flight you want to change to).
