Sure thing...you can trick the airline by putting 3 pairs of t-shirts and shorts/bermudas on yourself, then over that pants, maybe jeans on top, and a sweater. Think about it, than you can go with a vest over that, and finally a jacket over all of the other stuff...i would also bring some flip-flops but wear them inside a nice pair of over-sized boots so they fit in. Underwear and socks you can stick in all available pockets and you are all set. After all said and done you are going to weigh a bit more but they will not check that. Yeah, I know it might be a bit of a hassle at security, but donīt let them discourage you. Happy travelling...
