Well, the expiry date on my Diamond card says November 2012 (but I have qualified for Diamond Plus). Previously, the Asiana website said that my enrollment period ended on November 30, 2012. When I looked just now it says that my enrollment date for the program is November 1, 2012 and qualification period from Nov 1, 2012 - October 31, 2014 with my miles and flights reset to 0.

Getting cards and the gift when you first get upgraded is really hit or miss. I got the fancy leather passport holder when I became Diamond and I know friends that have not.
When I got downgraded to Gold, they sent me a new card. My wife, same situation but she never got a card. They have our addresses, so no rhyme or reason, just like the requalification period I was talking about.
