please note the OP is a Diamond, not just one Diamond but in fact many Diamond, so he is not "all guests". But seriously I remember Hyatt Place when I gave the potter 2 buck to carry my luggage, he smiled and patted me in the back. Not sure whether it would qualify as free and as a massage but it was in fact the closest physical contact besides 450.00 USD spa treatment in Grand Wailea I ever encountered (in Hyatt that is)...
