that is an impressive spread. shame about the so so quality of food at your beach side resort. the one thing on my recent trip to india that i took note of was that every 5* (real 5*) i was at had blow my mind food at all the restaurants...

sounds like you might have had some typhoon shelter crab in Hong Kong...tis hard for many to compete with underbridge or others that do this dish well...looking forward to the rest...i loved your Tokyo food reports...
