Why on earth is SAS centralizing leadership in Stockholm?

Am I the only one who gets the feeling that the leadership in SAS is a small disaster?

Norway's SAS division is the most successful one of the three. Norwegians travel more than Danes and Swedes, and SAS Norway generates more income than the other two. Yet, the central hub is in Copenhagen, and the management is now being centralized in Stockholm...

This all seems completely backwards. If SAS opened up more direct routes from Oslo, I am convinced the number of passengers would increase significantly. Currently, SAS doesnt even fly directly from Oslo to Madrid, and most long haul routes go through CPH.
