You can't really compare service on US as CP to service on UA as a GM.
Having said that, IME, service on US on average is better than on UA. For example, US GAs would occasionally greet me by name after I scan my BP, which I don't recall seeing on UA even for GS. Also, I see FAs knowing manifest more often on US than on UA.
