how is the tax calculated for ticket redemption of IB flights operated by Vueling?
Hi,
I am looking for a ticket redemption for Milan-Barcelona, a search through iberia gives me an option of vueling flight(that's unexpected for a first-time IB+ user! . The best payment option is 4500 avios + €36.58, and the tax is brokedown as:

Taxes and Surcharges Adult
Fuel Surcharge 15.00
Rest 21.58
Allowance Hand baggage:1 item / 55 x 40 x 20cm Baggage in hold: 1 Pieces

Does anyone know how is the "Rest" part calculated?
And BTW, is it possible to transfer points from my HHA in BAEC to IB+?
