Checked in today, hotel is at 100% as are most hotels in MEL.

Pre-upgraded to a Relaxation Suite several days ago. Room was not ready until 4PM, but I waited in the lounge after my arrival an hour earlier.

Someone tried ro deliver something in the room while I was in the shower. Odd that there are not doorbells? I thought the knocking was next door.

To report - no fragrance on my bed after turn down!

A nice property, like the wood, and the lounge is great. I don't like having to ask for spirits, especially when the staff are hard to find, but so far impressed with the stay. The downsides are no pool, and the location makes it difficult to access without a car.
