The problem is that I am not a Japanese neither holding any visas that let me get inside the country which made me afraid that I maybe cannot use the connecting bus or train as I am not eligible. Well, I dont know anything about connecting flights. So, based on this, can anyone tell me if I would be able to use the connecting service when I get to Haneda or am I screwed up?
Any advices would be much appreciated!
Welcome to FT, Ken Pham!

There is no way you can travel from Haneda to Narita without entering Japan. If you require a visa to enter Japan you will have to apply for a transit visa in advance.
