Absolutely, you can.. you can access F lounge in either main concourse (for OZ/KE flights) or satellite (all other flights). But, F lounge in satellite is quite small even if most of the amenities are same. I recommend visiting F lounge in the main concourse, and then move to Satellite right before you flight. (It takes 5-10 min)
