I've been following this thread and it all sounds very confusing. Does this only apply to the old (i.e. pre 2008) members or to all? If I check online, my qualification period is exactly the 24 months it should be (I joined in 1/2011), but an extra month might decide whether I reach Diamond Plus for me, so I'm interested in what this bug is all about.
