That's weird. After seeing your post I thought maybe my period would have also been reset on November 1. I hadn't checked my account yet this month so just logged in but nothing has happened on my account and it still shows my period expiring on November 30. The period began on November 1, 2010, so 25 months. I asked at the Asiana Club counter a couple months ago if this was real or just some bug, and they said it was real. There was some issues that happened earlier in the system that added the extra month, but she assured me that starting next period they would be 24 months, not 25 months. I've been Diamond Plus since shortly after that level was introduced, so I don't know, maybe my period was 25 months because I was Diamond Plus.

Either way it doesn't really matter much to me, being I've got way more than enough miles to renew my status, and miles earned this month going toward the previous or towards the next period won't affect my next qualification. For that matter it wouldn't matter to me if I had another year of the current status or not. But of course I understand it can be a big issue for some members who don't bank a lot of extra miles with OZ.
