When did you made your first load? Net Spend does not allow me to make an instant bank transfer. My own bank does not recognize the ABA number provided by Net Spend ... now I have three questions:
1) Should the $40 load be the first activity in the card to be eligible to receive $20 bonus? (As most likely Paypal will make its two micro-deposits before I can load the card.)
2) Should I load the card right after sign up or may I wait to receive the card and load the $40 then and still receive the $20 sign up bonus.
3) If I do not load the card by when someone uses my referral link, will I still receive referral bonus? (i.e. is someone who has just opened an account and has no activity whatsoever eligible to receive the referral bonus?)
