I agree with you, it is full of bugs.... The website shows as my account being reset on 11/1/2012, the first of this month, meaning my requalification period starts 11/1/2012. Their internal system shows me being upgraded on 11/1/2011, it makes no sense, it even had my 5000k Gold mileage certificate as expiring on 11/1/2012.

I seen it with my own eyes. Maybe they will fix it, I gave them access to my web account so that they could print a screen shot of it.

I was told it was a glitch when they upgraded Diamond Plus members sometime in 2010, something, something, didn't get the whole gist of it.

Regardless, I'll report back in January with what happened. I won't be holding my breath.
