Well, it has happened again. 8 months ago, I booked 4 seats for our daughter and 3 grandchildren to come visit us for Thanksgiving Week. I have checked on the seats every month. Nothing changed until last week. Now the 9 year old is sitting by himself. What is amazing, he was moved from an aisle seat to another aisle seat.
I called CS, 11 days before the flight. Talked to a CSR and Supervisor. They said the they could do nothing because the flight was now under airport control. I have never heard of a flight under airport control 11 days in advance.
So, now we wait and see if something can be done at the airport. If not, I feel sorry the passenger sitting next to my grandson.
