If that's the analysis, then at best we have persons with two non compatible disabilities here...and its up to one of them to speak up at the time....seeing as the one with the dog didn't have the problem sounds like op and our dogophobic friend to speak up at the time.

If that's the analysis then the person who is allergic should also complain to US about themselves. No difference whatsoever as both are involuntary, medical reactions. Or the person with the dog should complain about themselves, too . . . it's completely their fault that they have a condition that causes them to need a dog, no?
