Here in Brazil you can get a nano SIM for iPhone 5 from VIVO, both prepaid and as full use replacement on one of their plans. Brought my unlocked iPhone 5 with me when I moved here from the US and VIVO had me setup within 20 minutes. Only drawback is that the iPhone 5 is not compatible with Brazilian 4G service.
