I'm afraid there's a very good chance you won't get what you're expecting. It's been very well documented that the OZ website is full of bugs, and more than likely this is just another bug. I recall seeing where I needed x number of miles to reach a certain status level that I'd already attained more than a year ago. But in reality their system had me as the right status, it's just the bugs in the website that report something different. If this is the same case here, you will not be getting another year and I doubt if any amount of protesting will get you anywhere. But good luck to you in trying.
