It was easy to apply, although it was not an instant approval. We did not call the bank to verify the approval, but the card came in the mail 5 days later with unusual high limit.
yep, credit cards will have a hard inquiry and decrease your credit score. As long as you pay on time, your score will go back up again, so no worries.
