Exactly! I, for one, resemble a number of these remarks. I'm self-employed, so I pay for my own business travel. Biz travel for me mainly consists of going to conferences so I can keep up with my field. I have to use cash, not miles, if I want to write off the expense, but I also have to keep these educational costs low enough that I don't go broke! So business travel for me is always in steerage (OK, that might sound a little elitist

).
Leisure travel, still often in coach--if I'm just flying from one end of the state to the other, the warm nuts are not enough to justify expenditure of miles or cash to move up. 10 hour flight to LHR or NRT? C starts looking pretty nice, but if I'm sitting there, it's because I used miles. (I admit I haven't tried F--I have found C sufficiently comfortable, personally.)
