I have you have never been to any of them, definitely Paris. It's one of the "must have been there" cities of the world - so don't miss the opportunity. (The bad airport and longer distance the city are a small price to pay for the experience.)

Amsterdam is nice, but not as much as Paris. And I think Brussels is great, but it takes a while before one can really appreciate it - more than 24h in any case.
