Or just deal with it, if it was a true service dogs they are there for one thing and that is provide service to their handler. If the OP wants to make a stink about a dog touching his foot then he could have done two tihngs, First, moved his foot and second asked for help by a FA, he did neither and now he wants to complain about it. Sounds like the OP needs to get a life...

If I was in such a situation, I would ask the FA for help. If they'll reaccommodate me no charge, I'll gladly take the bump for my comfort and the dog's.
