When will Conrad's website be updated to show the new room categories? Also, has the room size of the regular Water Villa and Premier Water Villa changed since the renovation? I know the Water Villas used to be 74 square meters, so it would be nice to know if they are still the same size as the Superior Water Villas or even larger now.
Also...are the Superior Water Villas still "superior" to the regular Water Villas since the renovation? It seems they lack the rain shower of the regular Water Villa and also have a smaller deck (just my observation from pictures). With the addition of the plunge pool for the regular Water Villa, the jacuzzi is no longer a distinct advantage for the Superior Water Villa.
I think the difference between the water villas has eroded somewhat since the recent renovations. The biggest difference between WV's now appears to be the spacing between them. We had a DWV on our last stay and enjoyed it's privacy but found the seaplane noise very intrusive. We have opted for a basic WV for our trip next year because I am not convinced there is enough of a difference between the SWV and DWV to justify the extra cost. I would like to try the RWV but having the 2nd room configured as a treatment room seems nuts. If this was extra living space then the additional cost (and schlep back and forth to the small island where we spent most time on our last visit) would be more worthwhile.
