My emailed itinerary both legs showed class K. I know that there's a fine print in the fare code, to that point maybe there was something deeper that disallowed it.
I also know from the boards that routing through JFK seems really weird.
This was also a no fee rebook due to Sandy so perhaps something got mixed up.
