About the personal assistant: I often have lots of contact with employees before arrival and often find that these are back office staff that I do not see at all once there. I agree that it would be good if these would at least say hello during the stay. Sometimes, if the pre arrival service has been particularly good, I have asked for them so that I can at least thank them.
Yes, I know what you are talking about. The difference with Capella is they really market the idea of the personal assistant...as if there should be some consistency of contact....but it seems there really isn't.
