Do you happen to have the number for the security department? I too am on the do not rent list, and my license number is associated with another name. I was told I could call or email. I had to put my resquest in "writing" and send it in the mail. I find it midly amusing that when I asked if I could email, I was told "no, it has to be in writing". I need to rent a car this weekend, and I would like to resolcve this issue.
