Great report as always. I really enjoyed reading about the resort and it made me want to visit.

About the personal assistant: I often have lots of contact with employees before arrival and often find that these are back office staff that I do not see at all once there. I agree that it would be good if these would at least say hello during the stay. Sometimes, if the pre arrival service has been particularly good, I have asked for them so that I can at least thank them.
