+1, I stayed at the Westin on my honeymoon a few years back and got upgraded to a Prestige or Ambassador (corner) suite on the top floor with a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower although I had to push for it.

Westin is far better than the LM, in just about every respect that'll be important to you (location, room size/quality, atmosphere).
(not to mention mattress comfort, sound insulation, etc... ;-)
