I am potentially flying Heathrow across to Davao City in the Phillipines (Mindanao to be precise) and will be on a tight budget - Business or First is beyond question.

To get proper rewards on my Bronze BAEC account, it looks like Cathay Pacific is the way to go - has anyone done a similar journey and are there any experiences to share or warnings to be given?
