Has anyone received the 75% bonus credited to their Skymiles account yet? It has been almost 2 months since the promo ended. My annual fee (Gold card) just hit, and I want to make sure I get the 75% bonus before I close the card (not sure whether the card needs to remain open to receive the bonus).
