They really are awful. Flew to OGG in late October. Footrest didn't work, seat felt claustrophobic (to me), and audio did not work at my seat. Economy seats on an E90 are much more comfortable IMO.

Anyway this will all be moot once AC's LCC takes to the air, I'm sure the HI routes will be amongst the first to be converted to LCC 767's.
